Creative Video Editor for Gaming Channel

I am looking for a creative and reliable video editor for a long-term collaboration on my gaming YouTube channel. I stream/record twice a week (around 8 streams/recording per month) and need someone who can turn raw Videos/livestream footage into engaging, well-paced YouTube highlights/recording , as well as short-form content for Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts. Scope of Work: Long-Form Videos: Edit raw livestreams/recording (approx. 1.5 - 2 hours long) down to 10–20 minute highlight videos, focusing on the best gameplay, commentary, and entertaining moments. Short-Form Content: Extract and edit 4 to 6 Shorts/Reels per week from the stream footage (vertical format, engaging captions, fast pacing).
