SAP B1 HANA Upgrade & Maintenance

I run an SAP Business One installation on HANA that now needs several technical initiatives completed end-to-end. The priority is a full version upgrade of SAP B1 on HANA, including planning, sandbox test, production cut-over, and post-upgrade validation. Alongside that, I want to tighten ongoing system maintenance by introducing regular monitoring, timely updates, and documented health checks. Additional administration work to be delivered during—or immediately after—the upgrade: • Install and bind a new SSL certificate so all B1 components (Service Layer, web tools, DI API calls) operate over HTTPS. • Perform a clean backup of the current HANA database, prove the restore on a separate instance, and hand over the restore script for future use. • Fresh installation and configuration of the SAP B1 Service Layer on the upgraded environment, with connection tests to existing integrations. For each task I expect step-by-step documentation and a short hand-over session so my in-house team can support the landscape once the project closes. Remote access to the servers and current upgrade media will be provided as soon as we agree on the timeline.
