SIAL Paris Booth Videography

I will be exhibiting at SIAL Paris and need a videographer on-site to document the life of our stand. The priority is to film our booth itself and, above all, the moments we share with visiting clients—from quick chats to more in-depth conversations. In practice this means: • Continuous coverage while I meet and speak with clients, making sure every meaningful exchange is on camera. • Short, informal interviews with a few key visitors and members of my team when I signal you. • General atmosphere shots that place these interactions in the context of the fair (aisles, crowd flow, product displays, stand exterior). No post-production is required; I only need the raw files transferred to me at the end of each day (camera cards or a fast SSD dump both work). Good audio on the interviews is important, so please bring a lapel mic or small handheld recorder. If you can move lightly around a busy trade-show floor, capture spontaneous conversation without disrupting it, and hand over high-quality raw footage, let’s talk and lock in the show dates.
