PDF-to-Word Data Structuring

I have a collection of PDF files containing plain text that must be transferred into a consistent Word layout. Each PDF holds only text—no images, no tables—so the task centres on accurate transcription and clean formatting rather than complex design. You will receive: • A folder of PDFs. • A simple Word template that shows the exact heading hierarchy, font styles and spacing I need applied. Your job is to copy the text from each PDF, paste it into the template, and adjust headings, paragraphs and spacing so every document matches the template perfectly. Please keep an eye on line breaks, page breaks and any hyphenation carried over from the original scan. Deliverable • One neatly formatted Word document per PDF provided, named exactly like its source file. Accuracy is critical; I will spot-check against the PDFs. If this first batch goes smoothly, there will be additional sets to follow.
