I’m scheduling a virtual classroom to upskill a group of 20+ intermediate-level users on Infor Cloud FSM, covering both the Finance and Supply Chain suites. We begin 7 September 2026 and will meet for 2–3 hours each weekday; the full agenda can flex slightly to fit your recommended pacing. The goal is to move beyond theory and give the team a solid grasp of everyday and advanced tasks, then reinforce that knowledge through guided, hands-on practice. To make that possible, I’ll need you to supply (or arrange access to) a fully-functioning practice environment where learners can experiment safely with real-life scenarios. Here’s what I’d like from you: • A concise yet comprehensive course outline that walks from basic navigation through advanced module operations for both Finance and Supply Chain • Live, instructor-led sessions delivered via Zoom, Teams, or a similar platform, complete with screen-sharing, demos, and Q&A • Interactive exercises inside the practice server so each trainee can perform transactions, run reports, and troubleshoot common issues while you monitor progress • Session recordings and quick-reference handouts for post-class review • A short knowledge check or mini-capstone to confirm proficiency at the end of the program Acceptance will be based on: 1. Access to a stable sandbox instance before kickoff 2. Alignment of your outline with the stated learning objectives (basic use, advanced operations, and scenario-based practice) 3. Trainee feedback averaging “satisfied” or better on content clarity and engagement If you’ve already run Infor Cloud FSM bootcamps or implementation workshops and can hit the ground running with proven materials, I’m eager to see your approach.
