IoT Platform Development for Climate Monitoring

Project Title: IoT Temperature/Humidity Monitoring Platform with Monthly Reports Project Description: I am an entrepreneur looking to launch an IoT monitoring service for professional clients (cold storage warehouses, pharmaceutical laboratories, indoor agriculture, etc.). I need a freelance developer to build a platform that only I (the admin) can access. Clients receive monthly reports, not live access. Required Features 1. Admin Dashboard (Single User): Secure login for me (the admin) only. Client Management: Add, modify, or delete clients. Sensor Management: Assign temperature/humidity sensors to each client. Contact Management: Store client phone numbers and emails for alerts and monthly reports. 2. Alert System: Configure alarm thresholds (min/max temperature, min/max humidity) per sensor or per client. Automatic SMS notifications sent to: Me (the admin) The concerned client Viewable alarm history log. 3. Data Storage: Secure storage of all historical sensor data (temperature, humidity, timestamps). All data is stored and accessible only to me (the admin). 4. Monthly Report Generation: Automatically generate a monthly report (PDF or Excel) for each client containing: Summary statistics (min, max, average temperature/humidity). Charts/graphs showing data trends for the month. List of all alarms triggered during the month. Email the report to the client automatically at the end of each month. 5. No Client Access: Clients have no login and no access to the platform. They only receive: SMS alerts when an alarm is triggered. A monthly report via email. Technical Stack The solution must be based on ThingsBoard Community Edition (open-source). Hosted on a Linux VPS (Ubuntu).
