My recruitment firm is ready to expand its local healthcare portfolio. The immediate goal is to secure 3–4 midsize organisations—diagnostic centres, private hospitals or specialty clinics—who will sign up for our core offerings: end-to-end staffing solutions and ongoing HR management. You already understand the hospital procurement cycle and have a proven record of converting prospects into paying accounts for recruitment agencies. I’ll supply service decks, pricing models and case studies; you leverage your network, pitch the value and drive the deal to completion. Deliverables • At least three signed service agreements (staffing solutions and/or HR management) with separate local healthcare providers • Introductory call notes, proposal copies and final contract documents for each conversion • A brief handover report summarising relationship status, next milestones and revenue potential Conversion is the success metric, so payment milestones will be tied to each executed contract.
