Detailed Manual Testing for Web App

I have a consumer-facing web application that needs a fresh, detail-orientated review. To make sure we work well together, I’ll begin with a paid one-hour assignment: a short video call on Freelancer. I’ll share the site URL and two known issues. During that single hour you’ll reproduce both problems and record crystal-clear, step-by-step documentation—screenshots or a brief screencast, environment details, and an “expected vs. actual” summary. If you succeed, the project expands to roughly 20 hours of manual testing per week for the next two to three months. The app is not an e-commerce store; it behaves like a typical SaaS web application, so you’ll be exploring navigation, forms, permissions, and edge-case behaviour. I expect testing on at least one current desktop browser of your choice and well-structured defect reports (spreadsheet, Jira ticket, or similar). Deliverables for the one-hour trial • Reproduction steps for each supplied issue • Supporting evidence (screenshots/video plus environment info) • Short note on any additional critical defect you uncover Include your hourly rate, preferred capture/reporting tools, and earliest availability for the video call via Freelancer. Only testers located in India will be considered.
