Composite Privacy Fence Engineering Certification

I need engineering-certified documents for a 3.5 meter tall composite privacy fence. There would be two parts to the fence - one 6 meters long and one 8 meters long. It was suggested to me that we use 75*75mm galvanised poles and the 8 meter wall would need 5 posts and 6 meter wall would need 4 posts. The top part of the fence can have any screening material (including with more than 50% wind loading). Happy to discuss any screening products for the top part of the fence. The design should be simple and functional, focusing solely on privacy.
