Tele-sell Accounting Compliance Services

I’m looking for an energetic telesales specialist who can present our full-stack accounting and compliance service—daily-basis bookkeeping with return filings—to prospective Indian businesses and convert them into paying clients. The solutions you will promote cover bookkeeping, invoice management, expense tracking, annual and MIS reports, plus GST, TDS and ITR return preparation and submission. You will make the targeted lead list, briefly research each prospect, make the call, identify pain points, outline how our cloud-based process, automation tools and qualified accountants remove their compliance burden, then either secure an appointment for me or close the sale yourself. A concise call log must be updated in our CRM after every interaction so I can track funnel progress and refine messaging together with you. Key deliverables • 80–100 quality calls per day, Monday–Saturday • At least 15 warm leads booked for a discovery call each week • Weekly report summarising call stats, objections heard and recommendations for pitch refinement • Clean CRM data entry for every lead contacted Once the first month’s targets are met, we’ll review performance and discuss a longer-term commission structure. If you already have experience selling accounting, payroll, insurance or other financial services over the phone—and can demonstrate closing ratios—I’d love to hear how you plan to hit these numbers.
