Commission-Only Sales Partner — Web Design Agency We are looking for an independent sales person to find and close clients for a web design studio. This is 100% commission based. There is: * no hourly salary * no monthly retainer * no upfront payment You are paid only when a client you sourced has paid us. What you do: * Find businesses that need a website * Contact the business owner * Present our website concepts and portfolio * Follow up * Handle basic objections * Close the client What we do: * Design and build the website * Prepare custom website previews when needed * Handle delivery and technical work * Support the client after the sale Average website price: €1,500–€2,000. Commission: 20% of every collected sale. Example: €1,800 website = €360 commission. No commission cap. You can work from anywhere and choose your own schedule and prospecting methods, provided outreach complies with the rules of each platform.
