What you’ll be doing

Live where the scene happens: shows, festivals, online spaces – building real relationships with artists, managers and key players worldwide. Spot what’s next before everyone else does – and turn potential into global careers. Work hand-in-hand with label leadership and marketing to define where the label goes next, creatively and strategically. Make deals happen: structure, negotiate and close agreements with confidence and credibility. Keep your finger on the pulse – from underground buzz to breakout viral moments.
