Inbound Sales & VA for TDM CleanX

TDM CleanX is hiring an Inbound Sales & Appointment Setter Virtual Assistant for a residential cleaning company. I am looking for someone with strong spoken and written English who is confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with potential customers, providing quotes, handling basic price objections, following up, and asking for the booking. This is primarily an inbound lead position — not cold calling.

Responsibilities

include: * Responding quickly to new cleaning leads * Calling and messaging potential customers * Asking qualifying questions such as square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, cleaning type, home condition, pets, add-ons, and preferred date * Providing quotes using TDM CleanX pricing guidelines * Explaining our services and value * Handling basic objections without immediately discounting * Following up with customers who do not book immediately * Scheduling customers who are ready to move forward * Keeping an organized lead tracker with quotes, follow-ups, bookings, completed jobs, and results Starting schedule: approximately 4.5 hours per week, divided into 1.5-hour shifts Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Hours may increase as lead volume and bookings grow. Starting pay: approximately $6–$8 USD per hour, depending on experience, plus a $10 bonus for each new customer you personally help book whose first cleaning is successfully completed. Preferred experience: * Appointment setting * Inbound sales * Customer service * Phone sales * Home-service businesses such as cleaning, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, etc. You must have reliable internet, a quiet environment for calls, professional communication skills, and be comfortable working with U.S. customers.
