Full-Stack Developer for Web Applications

Senior Full-Stack Developer Remote • LATAM • Full-time Lead end-to-end delivery of scalable web applications across SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech products. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Verselify, you will architect and ship production-grade software for clients ranging from fast-growing startups to enterprise teams. You will own features from database design through API development to polished user interfaces, working in agile squads alongside designers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders across multiple time zones.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement full-stack features using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and REST or GraphQL APIs • Define database schemas, optimize queries, and integrate caching layers for performance at scale • Conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor mid-level and junior developers • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate prototypes into responsive, accessible interfaces • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and client demos with clear technical communication • Troubleshoot production issues, monitor application health, and drive continuous improvement NICE TO HAVE • Experience with SaaS multi-tenancy, subscription billing, or e-commerce platforms • Familiarity with fintech integrations such as Stripe, Plaid, or open banking APIs • Contributions to open-source projects or technical blog writing • Experience working with distributed teams across North America, Europe, or LATAM TECH STACK React • Next.js • TypeScript • Node.js • NestJS • PostgreSQL • MongoDB • Redis • GraphQL • REST • AWS • Docker • GitHub Actions • Tailwind CSS REQUIREMENTS • Currently based in Latin America and available to work remotely • 5+ years of professional experience building web applications in production environments • Strong proficiency in React or Next.js and at least one backend runtime such as Node.js, Python, or .NET • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, CRMs, and data modeling principles • Experience deploying and operating applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, async-friendly team • Excellent written and spoken English for client and team communication • Able to collaborate effectively with teams and clients across different time zones
