NSW Residential and Commercial Drafting

I have a steady flow of both residential and commercial jobs across New South Wales that now need clear, council-ready architectural drawings. For each project I will supply survey data, sketches, photos, and my mark-ups; your role is to turn them into clean, layered CAD files and printable PDF sets that meet local NSW planning standards. Typical tasks • Set up fully-dimensioned floor plans, elevations, and sections from my sketches • Apply correct wall, door, and window schedules • Annotate in line with NCC/BCA and relevant council DCP requirements • Issue drawings in DWG and PDF, neatly organised by sheet number and revision I usually work in AutoCAD and Revit, so fluency in at least one of those is important. Please confirm your realistic time frames when you reply. Accuracy and tidy layer management will be the main acceptance criteria. If you have recent examples of NSW-based residential or retail/commercial sets, send through one or two pages (watermarks are fine). I’m ready to award quickly and move to the first project this week.
