Clinic Hiring Leads Sourcing

I need a reliable partner to build a fresh, accurate list of clinics that are currently looking to hire Medical Assistants and Technicians in significant numbers. The goal is simple: identify clinics with ongoing or high-volume recruitment needs so my team can approach them with our staffing solution. You will be responsible for researching, validating, and compiling the data. Deliverables • Spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) containing at minimum: – Clinic name and full address – Decision-maker name, title, direct email, and phone – Link to the career page or job posting that shows open Medical Assistant or Technician roles – Brief note on hiring volume or evidence of multiple openings • Sources / links for quick verification • One round of revisions for any bounced or incorrect contacts Acceptance Criteria Data must be ­current (posted within the last 30 days), contacts must be directly relevant to hiring (HR manager, recruiter, practice manager, etc.), and email bounce rate must stay below 10 %. If you already have proven methods—advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools—mention them when you apply.
