I already collect data in Google Analytics; what I’m missing are clear, decision-ready reports that focus on user experience and accessibility. The goal is to translate the numbers into a story I can act on—where users hesitate, how load times vary, and whether the site’s structure truly supports inclusive access. You’ll take the raw GA4 data and build an interactive report (preferably in Looker Studio, but I’m open to other GA-friendly tools) that surfaces: • Core UX metrics: time to first byte, interaction delay, scroll depth, exit points • Accessibility-related indicators: events tied to keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader usage, or any proxy signals you recommend • Trends and comparisons over time, with visual cues for anomalies Deliverables • A refreshable Looker Studio dashboard connected to my GA4 property • An executive-level PDF snapshot generated from the dashboard • A short handover note outlining data sources, filters, and how to adjust date ranges or segments Acceptance criteria – All widgets populate automatically from GA4 with no broken fields – Metrics and dimensions are clearly labelled and grouped by UX vs. Accessibility focus – Filters let me isolate device type and traffic channel without extra setup If you have ideas for advanced segments or enhanced measurement that can improve the quality of these reports, feel free to suggest them—future iterations might expand into traffic or conversion views, but this first milestone is all about creating the UX and accessibility reporting foundation.
